  Today I had the misfortune of having to go to FedEx for a shipment that the nuclear physicist driver that delivers to our business could've easily slid under the door since no signature is required, UPS does it all the time. The package is addressed to my business associate and the business as well. They asked for my ID, which I gladly provided, and then the person behind the counter, whose name I don't care to remember, asked for a company ID. We are a small business, we don't have company ID's. I called my associate and he sent me a copy of his license. The attendant went to the back to speak to a manager, I guess, who couldn't be bothered to come out and talk to me. To make a long story short they wouldn't release the shipment because they needed something with the company name. DRIVER'S LICENSES DO NOT HAVE COMPANY NAMES. They could have been a little more cooperative and understanding, they saw my associate's DL. Or maybe they thought we created it with AI in the 30 seconds it took for him to send it to my phone. Like I told them, given the choice I will always use UPS... FEDEX SUCKS...!!!!!

  I was trying to ship a work laptop and the worker today July 2, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. was extremely rude to me. He didn’t even put in the account number for the ship but insisted that I needed to purchase shipping material to ship the laptop. I’m disgusted and would avoid this location at all costs. There was a young woman who was kind but the overall treatment as a customer was horrible

  Never very peachy service here usually but Dale especially seems to have a complex, not friendly to the multiple people I saw him interact with before me and not friendly to myself, either. The lady that helped me in the end was the only redeeming factor.
