I was running late to drop a package off, I had no label printed, the QR code provided by the company I was shipping to wasn’t loading - not to mention I rushed in 8 minutes before closing. They were both super helpful, was able to figure out a way to print my label and accept my package right before closing. I appreciate you both! Customer service 10 out of 10!

- OCOscar CuebasAug 27, 20261.0Today I had the misfortune of having to go to FedEx for a shipment that the nuclear physicist driver that delivers to our business could've easily slid under the door since no signature is required, UPS does it all the time. The package is addressed to my business associate and the business as well. They asked for my ID, which I gladly provided, and then the person behind the counter, whose name I don't care to remember, asked for a company ID. We are a small business, we don't have company ID's. I called my associate and he sent me a copy of his license. The attendant went to the back to speak to a manager, I guess, who couldn't be bothered to come out and talk to me. To make a long story short they wouldn't release the shipment because they needed something with the company name. DRIVER'S LICENSES DO NOT HAVE COMPANY NAMES. They could have been a little more cooperative and understanding, they saw my associate's DL. Or maybe they thought we created it with AI in the 30 seconds it took for him to send it to my phone. Like I told them, given the choice I will always use UPS... FEDEX SUCKS...!!!!!
