  It is with great disappointment that today I rate the UPS Store of Fishhawk a single star. A frequent customer and business owner (with lg mailbox business service) with today not being an exception on attempting to drop off my two packages. 1) A Samsung return. Open box, informed by the two representatives I could purchase the strip of tape for $5. or purchase a whole roll for $7.35. 2) Amazon drop off. Printing label would cost me $3.00 or I can go home and print myself. I understand trying to maintain an efficiency, but the store was empty. Additionally, a few weeks ago if not last week. I was pointed to the new Amazon return Kiosk and informed I would need to figure it out. My observation, either the store is desperate for cashflow (given the nickel and dime on things that were not a problem before) and the representatives fail to understand success is based on return customers based on the customer service provided, not just convenience. I tend to give these situations benefit of the doubt like others factors may be in place, bad day, too busy, don't care, bad leadership, could be one or a combination. While I can not pin pint today's event to one, I know I have the option of who I give my business to, even it is means headed to a UPS store that is out of my way, but provides great customer service. I think there is consistency not only with my experience but the ongoing reviews and word of mouth tell a different story.

  Dude wanted $5 for a “packing fee” for a piece of tape to close a box for an Amazon return. Their prerogative? Absolutely, but I will never spend any of my money at this location going forward.

  Online states UPS Stores charge between .08 and .21 per one sided black and white copies. May very depending on private owned locations. This location is .50 per copy. That won't happen again.
