  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I came into The UPS Store needing help with notarizing multiple documents and printing, and honestly felt overwhelmed by the entire process. Alanis completely turned the experience around. From the moment she started helping me, she was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and understanding. She went far above and beyond what anyone would expect. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped organize and sort out my documents, answered every question with a smile, and never once made me feel rushed. Her calm and reassuring attitude helped reduce a lot of stress during what could have been a very frustrating situation. Customer service like this is rare these days. Alanis genuinely cares about helping people, and it shows in every interaction. She is the kind of employee every business wishes they had and the reason customers keep coming back. Thank you, Alanis, for your outstanding support, patience, and professionalism. You made a complicated process feel easy, and I truly appreciate everything you did. The UPS Store is lucky to have you. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. Highly recommended!

  The quickest, seemless interactions for shipping out, returning amazon products, and all of the above. The worker Arsh explained everything to me regarding item coverage, and the process of how my item gets to a facility and/or customer very well. I highly recommend doing all your small-medium item shipping from here.

  This is by far the worst UPS Store I’ve visited. The employees seem more interested in being difficult than helping customers, often hiding behind “policy” while applying it inconsistently. I’ve never had these kinds of issues at other UPS locations. While waiting, I overheard one male employee call an elderly customer “old” under his breath after she walked away. I also observed employees being selective about who they were willing to help and treating some customers far differently than others. Clearly they are driven by ego rather than customer service. I will go out of my way to avoid this location in the future.

  Had to have a “map” printed on larger than 8x10. Wasn’t sure if the size I wanted. The sales associate was super and knowledgeable. Worked over 1/2 hr to get my map printed (8) copies then printed out my packet. I originally had gone to Staples to have this printed and was told I had to upload to their website and then it would take at least 24hrs. Obviously, UPS, has my printing business when needed for future projects. Thank you UPS for your service. Elizabeth
