  Visited Staples today and had the pleasure of meeting Joe. Joe was amazing and very helpful, not only to me, but several other customers came up to him to thank him for his assistance and kindness. Joe deserves a raise! :)

  Went to Office Depot they looked it up couldn’t find it. They said Staples has their refill that I want so I came to the Staples here. Stood at the counter some guy was staring at me Finance said can you help me and he looked at me kind of weird and said what do you need us? I need an Ink refill when he goes. I’ll show you where they’re at. I said I know where they’re at, but here’s the refill. I handed it to him. He goes well. This doesn’t tell me much I need more information. What more information do you need because this is the refill and it has everything on it and Office Depot said that you carry it that he looked at me and he said I just need more info so I said you know what I don’t need your help. I don’t wanna buy from your store. You’re a rude Person I didn’t get his name, but he must’ve been a manager the way he was acting because he really didn’t care Black hair and glasses and heavy

  Walked into the store lighthouse point Federal Highway and smelled mold immediately. Only one gentleman working there, and he was rude The store was filthy. Went there for an Amazon return and he would not give me a receipt. I always get one everywhere else. Not a great experience. I will not be back.

  Aggravating experience in picking up a package left with them by UPS. UPS left a sticker on my door with a delivery notice number on it. It also clearly stated that the package was left at Staples. I went to pick up the next day and the clerk without even looking at the sticker said that it takes 24 hours for them to get it. I went back home and entered the delivery notice number in the UPS tracking portal and it clearly stated that the package was with Staples. I called Staples and they wanted a different type of number than the one on the sticker. I kept on repeating that that number tracking information clearly states that the package is with them. The hung up on me. Looking in my emails I discovered that indeed there is another number with letters. I returned to the store and now the number with letters was not so necessary, but my name was. They went in to a metal closet and after manipulating a bunch of other packages they found it! In my opinion this is giving the customer the run around. Why did the need the number when they could have retrieved by asking me my name? Why did the have to go through all packages to find it. Since now the had both the number and the name. Totally disorganized, rude and unprofessional.
