  Went to the post office in Lehigh twice today, morning and evening and the machine where you can buy stamps was down in the morning for one issue and then when I went back it was down for another.. had to go to Publix to buy stamps

  This splace is a joke. They never answer the phones and when you go there no one has a clue of anything. I have been 3x to register a new address and still nothings done.

  Front desk staff here is great. BUT I do whatnot and I ship tons of packages and Plain White Envelopes. Only when I ship from this location do I have issues with missing packages. Not sure what happening with this but my customers packages never make it to their house but it always says processed through this location and never arrives to the next. Gonna have to report this further.

  We came to this post office today for our passports after being told by one of the employees to come in on Saturday and that they would try to help us. We took Saturday off from work specifically for this and showed up with literally ALL of our paperwork completed and ready. The employees we dealt with were very nice, helpful, and respectful, so my frustration is not with them at all. There were only TWO people with passport appointments when we arrived. Laura, who apparently is the supervisor, is where the entire experience became extremely disappointing. We explained the situation to her, including that we had taken off work because we were told to come in. What was astonishing was her complete lack of human understanding or compassion. There was no willingness to even consider the situation or see if there was anything she could do to help. What bothered me even more was her saying that the employees is going to “get in trouble” for telling us to come in. Get in trouble for WHAT? For being kind and actually trying to help a customer? Those employees were not the problem. If anything, they demonstrated better customer service and more compassion than the person supervising them. We weren’t demanding special treatment. We understood that appointments are normally required. But considering there were only two appointments, we had everything ready, and we had taken an entire day off work based on what we were told, a little understanding and willingness to help would have gone a long way. Maybe instead of threatening to get good employees in trouble for trying to help customers, management should take a closer look at who they put in supervisory positions. Do better when choosing supervisors. Being in charge of people requires more than enforcing rules. It requires professionalism, judgment, compassion, and knowing how to treat people.

  I was lost at this location due to it being my for time there and I did not realize I entered the employee entrance instead. Following this an older black male with glasses comes storming out the door yelling at me "What are you doing here!" You should not be here. This is an employee entrance only." I proceeded to tell him that this was my first time at this location and I was unsure where to go, despite my explanation he proceeded to yell and harass me telling me to get back to my car and leave. He then proceeds to follow me out of the building and stands in front of my car and once again begins yelling at me telling me to get out of here. I am calm and collected the entire time while he continues to scream at me. I am extremely shocked that a public service worker would speak and talk to someone like this. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location ever again. Very disappointing experience.. I am hopeful that a manager or someone please speak with him and remind him of the importance of respect as it relates to customer service.
