I recently was at this location on 9/16 needing 2 large boxes shipped and paid for express 3 day ground costing $400+. Not only did I receive the wrong package items but the packages did not arrive on Monday 9/21 as paid for. The store will not reimburse or help me but instead leave voicemails and not have an active line. DO NOT GO HERE!

Samsung told me my phone arrived without S Pen. They stolen my s pen here. I noticed after this that the S pen cost in amazon $50. Was my fault in not taking picture before ship it. Never back to this store again. Thieves!!
