  Very disappointing experience. The level of customer service was poor, and it was clear that the employees had very little motivation or desire to help customers. The staff seemed uninterested and lacked a sense of urgency or professionalism. A better attitude and more willingness to assist would greatly improve the experience. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better training to create a more welcoming environment.

  Since the renovation, which made the customer area much smaller, it is not one of my favorite places to drop off returns. When it’s crowded, the customers are packed in the small area like a pack of worms.

  UPS provided fast and reliable service. The employee who helped me was respectful, patient, and made the process simple. My package was processed quickly, and I felt confident it would be handled properly. Good customer service and an overall smooth experience.

  Needed to send some legal documents as part of finalizing the divorce. I was advised to send them certified mail and to ensure that service would place the documents in her hands. I asked for USPS certified mail service and was redirected to UPS ground service after I explained the need for certified mail service. The documents were returned to sender after failing to be delivered to the addressee, rather than the addressee being contacted. I tried to resend the package utilizing USPS certified mail and again was provided the wrong product. I needed USPS priority or first class mail with certified and return receipt. Paid for ground advantage and didn't get a refund for the service. Spent two lunch breaks over two weeks doing this now I also have to explain to a lawyer why the documents were not delivered with in the time frame that was specified in the divorce papers.
