The biggest issue is how understaffed it always seems—there are multiple service windows, but almost every time I visit, only one employee is helping a long line of customers. Wait times are excessive and completely avoidable with better management. On top of that, something as simple as changing a post office box lock takes over a week because apparently there’s only one person handling it for the entire city. That kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when people are waiting on important items—I personally have had medical devices and essential household items held up because of this. When trying to pick up mail, the process feels unnecessarily complicated, with constant runarounds instead of straightforward assistance. I was even told that mail could be delivered to my home, but the carrier “doesn’t have to,” so it just isn’t done. Overall, this location feels poorly managed, inefficient, and indifferent to customers’ time and needs.
