It’s been two months since I requested a lock change and essentially paid $35 for nothing because they told me my keys were ready to pick up Tuesday. Now two months later they’re telling me that they can’t do it if it’s a certain lock. It pisses me off that this HAS to be the post office I deal with, it’s not an option.
