  Do not use this store for Amazon returns. This is the second time a return we dropped off here never made it to Amazon intact. Four weeks ago we handed over a sealed, correct package. Now Amazon says the item was never received and something else was sent in its place, and they're charging us for it. That doesn't happen twice by accident. Either this store is careless with customer packages or something worse is going on, and I'm not willing to find out which a third time. Based on our experience, I believe packages are being opened or swapped before they leave this location. If you return anything here, demand a printed receipt and photograph your package at the counter. Better yet, go somewhere else.

  Personable , professional, extremely helpful, patient and always go the extra mile. I was shipping some very sentimental items to my son in Ohio. I left an Item on the counter in the store. They found it and shipped it with the other items. That was extremely kind.

  This is the most personable, friendly UPS I have ever been to. The staff is efficient, knowledgeable and always ready to assist with any needs. The store is close to my home but I would be willing to drive to get this kind of service.

  The lady in the store was extremely rude when there was confusion regarding an amazon return. She told me she could not take the items without items being in a box which they were boxed in the same box i received the items in. She told me I could buy a box from them or she can package them for me. I told her I’d just buy a box only to discover after I had paid that she charged me the packaging fee which was triple the cost of the box. Once I pointed that out she wanted to argue with me and say that was her standard fee. It wasn’t until I took a picture of this review QR code that she offered to refund me my money

  Liars!!!!! I had 2 Amazon returns that state no boxes are required just show them the code and give the product, they then tell my family member handling the returns that boxes and labels were required and charged her for it and the machine for receipts is conveniently broken. Never coming back to location!
