    Do what you can online yourself unless you want to be scammed. Came in with an 8lb awkward shaped piece of wood to ship to NC. Guy quoted me almost $400! I start to leave, and he offers to at least package the item. He procedes to do a half ass job and I had to redo it when I got home. Then I promptly get online to get myself a quote with my own measurements and get one for less than $100. I take it back to the store to ship and am only met with questions and remeasurements and being told I will probably be charged more because surely I did it wrong. Not a single apology. Or extra help. Even charged me to print the label AFTER I went home and did this guy's job for him. A joke. BEWARE

    Great service and very affordable international shipping options. They provide reliable postal services and handled my shipment smoothly. The printing quality was excellent as well — very professional and well done. Highly recommend for both shipping and printing needs!

    Don't come to this location if you care about your items making it to their destination. I have had a very rough move across the country and my father tried to help by shipping a box of my crafting supplies that I use. When he took it there the workers said they had to open the box (which was already fully sealed) to "prepare it for shipping" during which one of them stole my $400 cricut machine. I have tried to contact the business numerous times through different avenues and have yet to get one singular response back. Absolute worst customer service I bave ever experienced and with a worker who is a criminal to top it all off.

    We have now been overcharged twice at this location. Last time we came in to print some stuff off, they overcharged us by 2 more prints than what we received. Fast forward to the second time we came in they charged us $4 to print off 1 piece of paper charging us for 15 minutes of computer time that were not used on top of the 50 cent print fee. I want to support this store because they are new but if they are going to keep doing this then we will go elsewhere. At other UPS locations they only charge $1.10 for a print!

    Nickel and dime you to death. Brought a package in didn't have The flaps taped closed. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if he could put a piece of tape on it. I am disabled and only have one hand. He politely said no and stated I would need to purchase a roll of tape. No big deal, I understand So I paid $3.89 for roll of tape. I was unable to get the tape started on the roll because again I'm one-handed so I asked the gentleman behind the counter if he could help. With some hesitation he came out from behind his counter and tried to get my roll of tape started. He fiddled with it for a few minutes and couldn't get it started. He got frustrated and went behind the counter and used his own tape on the box. I jokingly asked him if I could return the roll of tape that I just purchased and he did not find that funny whatsoever! I told him I was just kidding and I thanked him for what he did but he was not very pleased with me I don't think. The other issue I had the very same visit was the package that I was returning was an Amazon return and Amazon said it had to come back in it's original packaging which is what it was shipped in. The box at about a 2-inch gash in it but it was taped over and it was safe to ship. The gentleman behind the counter insisted that I need to buy a box. With some back and forth argument finally he gave in and took the package as is. On another visit I came in there and had a return and I needed a return label printed. I had the return label in my email so I emailed it to him and he printed it and he charged me $4 for printing it. I understand that he can't do things for free but I think $4 is outrageous for print. My opinion a dollar maybe two but $4 to print one return label! Just send a bit steep to me.
