  Rajesh is super friendly and helpful in every way. He helped get a file printed, faxed, and copied in no time at all. He was very professional and friendly to make small talk with while we waited for the fax to go through. We have been to several UPS Store locations in the area, but we will definitely be coming back to this one for all of our "ing" needs.

  This location is one mile from my house & very convenient, that's the only positive thing I can say about this UPS Store. The owners are rude, impatient & they act like they're better than the customers who they talk down to. Their rates are ridiculously high, they quoted me $112.00 to send a teddy bear (shoe box sized) to California. If they can find a way to charge you for something they will, I was told the label I printed was not scannable (they didn't even try to scan it) and that I needed to pay them $3.50 to print a new one. Their attitude is so bad I'm ready to start going to the location 5 miles away. Also, they mumble/whisper, if you dare ask them to repeat something they'll say it even softer the second time.. so good luck hearing & understanding them.

  Dropped off a 2 day guarantee package to this store at approximately 11:30 am and shows scanned and accepted at 11:44am and they held it at their place until the next day and never sent out. I spoke to UPS customer service and they said they never got the package to call the store. I called and the man I spoke to insisted it was sent out and that UPS just didn’t scan it yet. Just got a message that Leesburg UPS was in possession of my package. I called UPS back because now a day late and they said the store didn’t send on time and take up with them for the refund. Just be warned they hold important packages verified by UPS! Then claim they sent and instead of admitting a mistake and offering to refund for THEIR mistake they lied to try to cover it up. UPS customer service center verified they never sent.

  The lovely gentleman who states he’s the “owner” printed my important court documents on a photo of someone else in a chili costume, when I came back in 45 minutes out of my way he gave me a $2 refund out of my $43 spent just on printing 80 pages, and he was very rude the entire time. He then refused to tell me his name and store number, then followed my friend & I into the parking lot yelling at us. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.
