- MPMichelle PerezJul 21, 20261.0Zero Stars! Our company hired Jay Berry for their experience they portrayed on their website. And we wanted to use a local company to be able to give back to the community. Boy was that a HUGE mistake! We asked for a custom canopy for the entrance to our clubhouse. We wanted them to color-match the blue to our buildings accent colors. Because afterall, their website boasts that they “create custom awnings that combine functionality AND aesthetic appeal”. However they informed us they could not match our colors and ended up giving us a solid white awning, Inadvertently, the awning was paid for twice. We have been asking them (email, phone calls & visits to their facility) to reimburse us the over payment for 8 months now with promises that it would be done “next week”. Eight months of empty promises and lies. DO NOT hire this company! “Personal Touch”; “Honed our Craft to Perfection”; and my favorite “Cutting Edge Technology” (and yet you can’t even match the color blue we requested??) All Lies! They cheated us out of $16,000. That is not being a reputable family run business. Do Not hire this company.

My GC paid them in full. I have been very generous with the amount of times I’ve asked them to resolve the issues …to no avail. The next step is I’ll be making a complaint against their license.

They were cutting people off (you can see how much clearance they have in front of them) and then speeding away while in their work vehicle. This says a lot about a business character, be respectful of people and their safety.
