He's a service animal and I needed 2 hands to accomplish my task. Boo on the manager!

We stood in line over 30 minutes wsiting on a stamp while 1 employee worked with a lady with multiple packages, several employees walked by even a SUPERVISOR and seen a line to the door and did nothing to help. We walked OUT along with others! Yes my husband retired from the post office and NO THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! Don't worry., we will never be back!
