  I have never written a bad review of any business, anything less than 5 stars. I hardly write reviews and went out of my way for this. Far and away the worst customer service I have experienced anywhere. My wife had sent a 200 dollar print job. I went back in multiple times and the girl working in printing gives me bits and pieces of my order each time. This was a time sensitive print job and they were completely worthless. I now have to find someone else to print before tomorrow, so I will be expecting a refund.

  This store is severely understaffed. I sat in the print station for 2 hours because ai Sarah was swamped and manned the counter to help customers there while another associate Amira worked on the computer watched Sarah worked both places and solely worked on pick up orders. Get Sarah help asap!

  Happen to go into staples to do an amazon return, and out of all the staff there I approach Marrisa who couldn't open her mouth to say services are down, she moved the sign in front of her and and said read. That same energy she used to say that she could have simply said sorry for the inconvenience but counter is down. Thin when I ask her for her name she responded do I have a name. Please train staff in customer service it matters. She made that entire store look bad. Thumbs down zero star.

  It's been a while since I've had outstanding service at Staples. Typically I am treated with a nonchalant slower the better attitude. And when I ask for help or let them know what I want or getting something printed, it's like they simply don't put in the effort or care to put in the effort. However, this was not the case on this visit. I was approached by an employee, and she was knowledgeable and courteous. She was also a new manager and was very helpful. She helped me apply my rewards and did what was required to help me out! Bravissimo! R. Adrian Bernal

  This is my neighborhood. Staples and I consistently can tell you that it’s the worst experience you’ll ever have. The manager literally stands there while the staff is inundated with calls and lines of people and will literally just talk shit Random topics with her friends instead of getting involved. The phone literally rang the entire time while I was doing a large copy print job and she was just smirking and chatting to someone. It’s beyond obnoxious and I really hope Staples corporate gets some eyes on this place
