Jay working customer service by himself and checking out customers (with an attitude because he is working alone so the customer service was non existent) i seen 4 workers walking around a asked 2 of them if someone was able to help him, they grab their little headsets (not sure they called for help) but needless to say no one came to help line growing while other workers walked around looking busy (and before they say they were helping other customers) I count about 25 ppl including the workers on the store 5 workers, 4 customers over by the printing station 7 or 8 of us in return line 3 in regular check out, 5 customers shopping not asking for help. Management needs to be changed this is all the time never will I return
