  No one steps into a staples anymore unless it's for an Amazon return and they take forever to just scan the item. Long lines for returns, employees could care less and you can obviously see why staples is going out of business

  Just had the best experience at Staples in Lauderhill—Adam is the man! With only one register open, he was juggling checkout and Amazon returns, making sure everyone in line was taken care of until another employee became available to help. Then he personally went to the back to bring out the chair we had purchased. Through it all, Adam stayed calm, friendly, and attentive. Keeping such a positive attitude while handling two busy stations is the mark of a truly exceptional employee. Thank you, Adam, for making our visit a great one!

  Just left the Staples on West Commercial Dr in Lauderhill Fl. A young man by the name of Jadyen helped me find what I needed quickly and also served at the register. This young man is a treasure, with a level of professionalism and courtesy that is truly a testament to what the ideal employee should be. A servant’s heart should not go unrecognized and I feel he will go far not just in business but in life. Good call on the management that employed Jadyen, you have a winner!1

  I want to share my experience at the Staples located at 7500 W Commercial Blvd in Lauderhill, FL. because, honestly, the service I received today was very disappointing. I have come to this location several times to print documents, and I usually bring my own special paper so the documents can be printed on that specific type of paper. Until now, I had never had an issue with this, which is one of the reasons I kept coming back to this store. Today, I came in again to print a document using the same type of special paper I have used before. However, because they were close to closing time, I was told that they “normally cannot do that” and that they could not print using a different type of paper. What I find frustrating is that this is not a new service I am requesting, nor is it something they have never done before. I specifically come to this location because they have printed documents on my special paper for me in the past. That is why it is very strange that one day they are able to do it, and another day they suddenly say it is not allowed. I completely understand that there are policies and procedures employees have to follow, but that is exactly why there should be consistency. If Staples truly does not allow printing on paper provided by the customer, then that policy should be applied every time. It does not make sense for the same service to be available one day and unavailable the next depending on the time, the day, or who is working. The impression I got today was that, because it was close to closing time, they simply did not want to do the job. As a regular customer, that is very frustrating, especially when you continue coming back to a business because you already know the services they offer. What this location needs is consistency in what they offer. If printing on special paper is allowed, then it should be handled the same way every time. If it is not allowed, then that should be made clear from the beginning and the same policy should be followed consistently for every customer. It should not be a situation where the answer is “yes” one day and “no” the next for the exact same service.
