- AAAlexAug 22, 20261.03 separate packages have failed to be delivered to my address due to the incompetent delivery drivers they hire here. These people are absolutely clueless and deliver a disgraceful public service.

It looked like a vehicle ran it over and everything inside that was bubble wrapped two times over completely smashed and soaking wet. My father sent me some amazing stuff on his trip overseas when he got back to the states and it allegedly comes with $100 insurance. Let me tell you what they will not pay it at all. They are like not my fault not my problem. I wish I could give this place -100 stars they suck they suck they suck.!

- EEElanaJul 21, 20261.0I (along with 5 other folks) stood in line for over 45 minutes while the staff kept trying to locate the supervisor. The supervisor repeatedly ignored the call bell and neglected the staff who kept going out back to bring him up front to assist customers. My situation could have been handled in 5 minutes if the manager wasnt neglecting his responsibilities. I think the staff cares way more about the customers than the supervisor. I arrived at 430pm today, 7/21/26 and stood in line until 5:20 (just ten minutes before close!). This is unprofessional and completely inexcusable!!!! Manager kept ignoring staff ringing the call bell and trying to hunt him down in person! I have also filed a formal complaint online through the uses website!
