The staff could not care less about helping a shopper out. It's like Home Depot but for office supplies. "Down that isle on the left", is the stock answer. I get the impression that they will be filing for Chapter 11 soon enough.

I needed to get something printed off my email and I couldn't do it. The employees were very patient and helpful. This has happened a couple times. Different employees but the same helpful service

I can’t believe it took me this long to write this, but I absolutely had to recognize the printing department at Staples—especially Brooke.
I’ve been using Staples’ printing services for years, and Brooke consistently delivers exceptional service every single time. Honestly, I don’t know how that department would function without her. Even when she’s clearly overwhelmed, short-staffed, and juggling multiple customers (which has been especially noticeable in recent years), she doesn’t let it affect the quality of her work or her attitude.
What really stands out is her patience and professionalism. As someone who isn’t always the most tech-savvy, I truly appreciate how she takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure I feel confident about my orders. She never makes you feel rushed or like a burden—something that’s rare these days.
I’ve also seen her handle long lines with efficiency and leadership, all while staying calm under pressure. On top of that, she deals with difficult and sometimes outright rude customers with impressive composure and respect (you see a lot while waiting in line or trying to figure out how to use the self help printer hahah). It’s honestly remarkable to watch.
As a business owner, this means even more to me. It’s incredibly important to know I can trust someone to take my business needs seriously and get things done right. That level of reliability and care is hard to find, and it makes a huge difference.
Brooke is the definition of someone who goes above and beyond. She’s kind, knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely cares about the people she’s helping. Whether she officially holds a management position or not (I’m truly not sure), she absolutely operates like a leader and deserves recognition (and compensation) that reflects that.
Staples is lucky to have her—and customers like me are too. Thank you Brooke for always doing the right thing and helping me out with all my annoying requests! 😂🥳🥳

Had some printing needs and needed assistance figuring the system out...service was great! Team member at that service desk was super helpful (even though she was busy) and the service she added to using their doc printing system was professional, complete, and considerate...
