  Horrible experience and customer service. I used them for years, and in the last year, everything’s gone to hell. Repeatedly tried to sneak in hidden fees, they cancelled auto renewal of subscriptions without warning. Prices are also out of control, and delivery schedule constantly changes last minute without warning or explanation. Cancelling took days, customer service actively tried to prevent me from doing it, creating a bunch of hurdles in doing so. They even admitted that it seems someone internally messed with my account, and basically said there was nothing they could do about it. I would stay away from them with a ten foot pole, and I’ll never use their services or subsidiaries again. Good riddance.

  They have decent phone people for their customer service line, but they're always experiencing higher than normal call volumes, most likely do to the horrible delivery service they have. They're always late, they never deliver the amount they're supposed to, but when you call them to let them know, they always say that they delivered the right amount. Seriously the worst delivery service. If you are in need of water, you'd be better off just setting up a barrel and praying for rain.
