I visit UPS stores at least once a week. At this location - Busy or slow the staff is always very pleasant, processing is in timely manner and customer service is top notch. Often overhear customers and staff conversing like “old friends”. I enjoy coming to this locations. Compare to other locations (on Fruitville - horrible horrible service) … They do not make you buy a tape or charge you $$ to tape if you didn’t get a chance to tape your box.

This store is exceptional. The service is outstanding. The personnel are so friendly, so kind and so knowledgeable. It is truly a wonderful experience going to this UPS store. They care so much about the customers needs. Even when there are so many customers waiting online, their service is so quick, so efficient you don’t really have enough time to do anything else, except go up to the counter and conduct your business with them. Their good energy makes you want to come back over and over again. Thank you for your greatness in everything you do!!
