  Sales rep was courteous, friendly, extremely helpful. I knew what he was doing. Is the best store in the area. I have visited other stores to do work and I find this store to be number one on my list the North Lakeland store. I’ll give it a three not very helpful not very courteous and I’m really a messy Store.

  Best ups store in lakeland! Super sweet and very helpful! I went in to ship a package with no clue on what I was doing and Gina helped me out, and even repacked my package for me! I was shipping a birthday present, and she even signed the card lol! 10/10 experience, wish I could rate higher.

  Great experience here! We had Gina take care of us and she was the sweetest soul ever!! If you go here make sure to ask for her she will help you out and make sure your well taken care of !! 💗

  Great customer service, I've been having a issue with a package that I needed delivered and I interacted with Gina. She went well above and beyond to make sure that my issue was resolved. Great job and thank you for an outstanding service to her and her coworkers
