I called the printing department of this store to see if they can help me figure out details of a pdf document that I wanted to print into a booklet. The guy that answered the phone had a rude tone and kept on telling to just go online and order it from there. I explained to him that I don’t know the differences between the type of papers as it was not very clear online. He said to call the main staples number. I asked that if I go in person he wouldn’t help me and he said that he would have still told me to call the main store number. Office Depot was more helpful on the phone.

I would like to formally report a very disturbing experience I had at one of your Staples locations involving an employee named Steven. I purchased a low-cost item from Amazon and later needed to return it unopened. Since I had not processed a return in quite some time, I recently realized that Amazon returns are now handled through Staples instead of UPS. Unfortunately, your locations are already very limited in my area, and reaching this branch required approximately a 30-minute drive. On Monday, I brought the item to the store, showed the QR/barcode to the cashier, and the employee scanned it. However, unlike UPS, I was not provided with any receipt or confirmation document for the return. After returning home, I expected to receive the usual Amazon notification confirming that the return process had started, but I never received anything. The following day, I checked my Amazon account and realized the return had never been processed. Due to my work schedule, I was only able to return to the store two days later. While trying to calmly explain the situation, Steven approached me in an extremely aggressive and disrespectful manner. I explained multiple times that I had already spoken with Amazon customer service and that they specifically instructed me to return to the store so the barcode could be rescanned. Instead of helping resolve the issue, Steven raised his voice at me, repeatedly threatened to call the police, and even stated that he would have me “sent to jail.” I found this extremely shocking and inappropriate considering the situation involved a simple Amazon return worth less than $35 and a processing mistake that was not caused by me. At no point was I threatening, disruptive, or acting unlawfully. I was simply a customer trying to correct an error caused by an incomplete return process. Being threatened with police involvement and jail time under these circumstances was humiliating, intimidating, and completely unacceptable. What disturbed me even more was Steven’s behavior toward other customers in the store. He appeared to be trying to escalate the situation publicly instead of professionally resolving it. He ultimately told me not to return to that location again and claimed he would not allow me back into the store. As someone legally living in the United States and attempting to communicate respectfully, I should never have been treated this way for requesting assistance with a basic customer service matter. No customer deserves to be threatened simply because they are asking for help correcting a mistake. This experience not only caused me to lose trust in this location, but it also reflects very poorly on your company’s standards for customer service and employee conduct. I strongly believe Steven’s behavior, communication style, and ability to interact with customers should be seriously reviewed. Honestly, it is unfortunate that Amazon is partnering with businesses that allow this kind of treatment toward customers. I truly hope Amazon becomes aware of the type of customer experience being associated with your location. Nobody should ever be threatened with police action or jail over a simple return issue. Respectful treatment of customers should be the minimum standard in any professional environment.

Anthony and Alondra of copy center were excellent in assisting my needs. I had a bad experience some time back visiting this location and because of tight payroll control and low coverage there were no associates at that time to assist on the floor with sales, but at least in the copy center both of these associates stepped up with excellent service. Don't know if Staples recognizes associates for job performance and if so these two need recognition from management.

Worst store ever. They are listed as a UPS access point but the owner refused my package and sent it back to sender, because he didn't know how the process works.
