  20 people in line all Amazon returns! I wanted to buy items from your store but 3 employees standing around doing nothing so I left. Make a separate checkout for people buying your items. This is one of the reasons you’ll be out of business in the next decade.

  I had a major hacking issue occur on my PC, which I had purchased at Staples 4 years prior, so I immediately took it there for cleanup by their IT Team, which I had several positive experiences with before. When I entered the store with my laptop, the Assistant Manager (Zuly) immediately asked how they could help. After going thru the details of how my PC got infected, she patiently went thru all the services they offer, including a 3 year service contract, which is built around McAfee's software platform. I explained that I already have an ongoing contract with McAfee, and that I had just renewed for another year. She explained that they work closely with McAfee, and then gave me a McAfee phone number to call to get a prorated refund from them. The actual Staple's IT service cleanup took only 24 hours. When I went to pick my PC up, Zuly patiently walked me thru the cleanup details (53 viruses and 2 Spyware programs scrubbed), as well as the full details of their 3 year service plan, which includes one annual service cleanup visit - no charge. I signed up for the plan, and have had no issues at all since I had the Staples service!

  Great store for people starting or maintaining a business and all electric technologies and needs. Great credit card and support services as well.

  Pretty much is now just an Amazon return center; The employees are usually speaking to each other over the walkie instead of speaking with customers.

  The worst customer service I try my least to go here for returns but if i bring a box they don’t touch it or throw away this time I don’t have one and the employee hands me the smallest bag, hands it to me and says if it doesn’t fit they can’t take it yet. Nowhere on a return from Amazon does it state that so obviously I’m doing a job for staples while I have my child in the stroller and I’m putting an 8 x 10 rug inside a small plastic bag with no help not even offered to help other employees just look at me and continue giggling about their day
