  I drive 40 minutes out of my way specifically to come to this post office for Bow Tie Joe! He is truly phenomenal at his job and exactly the kind of person you hope to encounter when you’re mailing something important. Joe always has a positive attitude, is incredibly helpful, and genuinely cares about every person who walks through the door. What really sets him apart is the amount of pride he takes in his work. Unfortunately, I’ve had experiences at other post offices where employees have given me incorrect information, mishandled something, or simply didn’t seem to care about getting it right. Joe is the complete opposite. He pays attention to the details, knows what he’s doing, and takes personal accountability for making sure things are handled correctly. When you’re mailing something important—especially something like wedding invitations, baby shower invitations, or anything sentimental—you want someone behind the counter who actually cares about what happens to it. Bow Tie Joe is that person. He is an absolute asset to the USPS, and this location is incredibly lucky to have him. There is a reason I’m willing to drive 40 minutes just to see him. Bow Tie Joe deserves all the recognition!

  I want to put my experience at this place today in writing. I have a complaint about Mr. Moreno, who works there; I don't know his full name, but whenever I’ve gone, he is the only dark-skinned man present. My complaint concerns his lack of professionalism; he acts as if the place is a circus. He is very arrogant and oversteps boundaries; furthermore, he talks to others and laughs mockingly at people who cannot speak English—behavior that amounts to racism and a lack of respect. I believe he needs to show great respect when dealing with customers, given that this is a federal office where professional conduct is required. Reading past comments, I see that many others share a negative opinion of him. Since this is a country where freedom of expression comes first, this is my take on the matter. Quiero dejar constancia por escrito de mi experiencia en este lugar el día de hoy. Tengo una queja sobre el Sr. Moreno, quien trabaja allí; no sé su nombre completo, pero siempre que he ido, es el único hombre de piel oscura presente. Mi queja se refiere a su falta de profesionalismo; actúa como si el lugar fuera un circo. Es muy arrogante y se extralimita; además, habla con otras personas y se ríe de manera burlona de quienes no hablan inglés, una conducta que equivale a racismo y falta de respeto. Considero que debe mostrar un gran respeto al tratar con los clientes, dado que se trata de una oficina federal donde se exige una conducta profesional. Al leer comentarios anteriores, veo que muchas otras personas comparten una opinión negativa sobre él. Puesto que este es un país donde prima la libertad de expresión, esta es mi opinión al respecto.

  The handsome black man with the glasses is awesome!! I forgot his name but he's got a sense of humor and very helpful. He's been at this location a while. I always try and go here bc my packages are always delivered on time. They are very efficient compared to the main post office on summit blvd. Ive had problems with almost all other locations except this one!! Thank you.
