  Awesome customer service. Fantastic ownership. I had an extremely unusual issue with a package and recipient. I explained the circumstances and the owner took time out of his day to support me. This is over and above customer service. Thank you!

  Everyone in this building was extremely competent and able to do exactly what I needed which was printing a piece of paper and notarizing some other forms. You’d be surprised at how many seemingly competent people I had to go through to finally leave and come to The UPS Store. I’ll be coming back tomorrow to mail some other things. They’ve definitely earned my business.

  Went there today for the first time only because they are tucked away (next to Publix) and unless you are looking for them you won’t see them. A pleasant, humorous experience. They cared about the service they were providing, got my documents notarized seamlessly and helped me get it shipped. I highly recommend them.

  Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store today. I was sending important legal documents, including a Power of Attorney, so accuracy was extremely important. The manager was impatient and unprofessional throughout the process, and there were mistakes made with the recipient’s name that I had to catch and have corrected. The entire experience took much longer than it should have and was unnecessarily frustrating. However, I want to specifically recognize the Dominican employee who assisted me (I believe his name may have been Frenchy, but I’m not completely sure). He was extremely polite, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He clearly knew what he was doing and took the time to assist me properly without making me feel rushed. In fact, based on my experience today, I genuinely felt that he demonstrated more knowledge, professionalism, and leadership than the actual manager. He was the person who seemed to know how things should be handled and was able to assist me correctly. If anything, he is the one who came across as management material and, in my opinion, should be the manager. Unfortunately, the actual manager did not demonstrate that same level of professionalism or attention to detail. When customers are trusting a business with important legal documents, accuracy, patience, and competent service should be a priority. Thank you to the Dominican gentleman who helped me you were the positive part of an otherwise very frustrating experience.
