The carrier constantly marks packages as "Delivered in Mailbox" when the items are far too large to even fit inside. This has caused major issues with Amazon, because Amazon thinks my packages are in a secure location when they’ve actually just been left out in the open on the mailroom floor. On top of that, the tracking is completely unreliable. Items are frequently delayed, or they get marked as "delivered" only to actually show up two days later. Some packages just disappear entirely and never arrive. To be fair, when I called the branch to discuss these issues, the man who answered the phone was really nice and polite. However, great phone manners don't fix the fact that the actual mail delivery person is doing a poor job. The service remains incredibly frustrating.

I sell items on a few online platforms (eBay, Poshmark, etc) so I’m a regular customer at this USPS. They always take care of me quickly and even recognize me. If they’re dealing with another customer with a complicated situation, they’ll even call me over and scan my label (I print my own) and give me my receipt (I need it for tracking) all within 30 seconds and it doesn’t interfere with any other customers they’re helping. I appreciate all of the workers at this location! (Especially the girl who usually works at the middle window.) ✌️
