  walked in the ups store the best experience I have had I shipped a package to be shipped I was offered a good box cheap shipping everyone was nice I walk with a cane the manger open the door and helped me to the car u will most definitely see me again thanks for being so nice

  The team at this store really go above and beyond. Thank you for helping me carry my package into the store and for adding extra cushion for my fragile items.

  So my pal sent me a box. He used The UPS store in Dade City, FL. It cost him $16. I repaired the item and sent it back in the exact same box, using the exact same packing material and added no extra to the shipment using the UPS store in Lake Wales per his request. It cost me nearly $29. There's zero reason for that drastic of a difference in price. I hope they got a really good look at me at that store because they'll never see that face in there again. *EDIT* While I appreciate the attempt at the explanation, I do not believe the customer is outside of the standard shipping area since he gets parcels from other places at lower shipping costs through ups stores. I also believe in supporting local business. As these are franchised and it was quoted to me that "each store sets its own prices", that is what I believe happened and nothing more.

  2nd time here. Both times for an Amazon return and was in and out both times, really nice lady working behind the counter, unfortunately I didn’t get her name.

  Service is friendly and extremely quick. Staff is willing to assist when returning Amazon items does not go as expected.
