  Yes, I’m a 69 year-old black female went to Staples in order to get some copies of some receipts. I asked the service guy if he could assist me. His name was King. He assist me with showing me where to go to my email in order to download my receipts. After that I asked him. How do I print them he pointed to the print machine and told me it’s there will you print them? I went over to the print machine to download my receipts. Get to the part where it says email. Send it to my email. Nothing respond. He told me oh it takes a while King. It takes a while so you have to just stand there and wait after I took a while waiting 15 to 20 minutes the time was up I proceeded to do the same steps again after that, he was like well there’s nothing we can do. I asked him if I could have my five dollars bag which king restated that it would not come out of my bank account King was so unprofessional so racist I’m a black woman every white person that came to him. He was just so so nice to the white man and so nasty to me, he faint the white man say yes, sir, to him and treated me like I was trash I’m black. He did not assist me.

  I would avoid this store and just go to Office Depot. Their management has zero customer service and critical thinking skills or abilities. They are almost as bad at updating their labels and prices as walmart. When they clearly stock an Item in the wrong place (not simply a case of a customer moving an item to the wrong peg) but clearly just stocking many of the same items on the wrong place, they will refuse to honor the price and worst of all they do not go correct it and fix the problem. Also today I went in to buy some ink and we had a credit for returned cartridge's. We are a business account and I am the office manger and I showed a ID that confirmed my employment and position to the manager tucker and he said the owner would have to come down with his id. Like the owner is going to come down for ink cartridges'. I showed the manager proof of my position and employment and instead of fixing the issue he forced a situation that will not happen. This place is incompetent because they cannot keep the labels correct, they are unprofessional and zero critical thinking skills and the management has on several occasions refused to correct simple issues that at Office Depot would have not even been an issue and whatever it was corrected right there on the spot. Do not go to this location. In fact just go to Office Depot.

  Rude...rude...rude!! The associate Chris was one of the rudes workers ive come across in awhile. He should be stocking shelves and not dealing with customers. FYI when returning Amazon...make sure he scans your items properly. I've returned numerous Amazon items and never had a problem until coming to this location and dealing with this individual!!

  We walked into the store looking for an office chair but were instantly overwhelmed by all the choices. Tucker saw us from across the store and came right over to greet us. With his incredible patience and wealth of knowledge, he guided us to a beautiful La-Z-Boy chair that we absolutely love. He didn't stop there, either; Tucker handled our transaction flawlessly and even personally loaded the heavy merchandise onto our truck. It was such a wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Tucker!
