When i check the status it says I never return the items. So then i have to go through the trouble of speaking with the virtual person on amazon and tell them what happen. I recommend returning at Whole Foods never had and issue and they are way friendlier as well!

I went in with a printer question and was told by him I could bring it in and they would run a few tests on it for me. If the tests showed it was past its time, I could leave it with them for recycling and purchase a new one which I intended to do. I was pleased that they offered to help me with it. The next day he had changed his story completely. I'm sure the surprise showed on my face. It was futile to get into any discussion as to why. For all I knew the printer may have only needed a simple fix but I knew I wasn't going to get help from him. I then instead asked about a new printer. I've never been so saturated with high level technical jargon. He went into a litany of completely useless information that I assume meant only to baffle me with for some reason. I needed a basic color printer, not all the bells and whistles and I had to pull that information out of him. He was of little to no help. It was as if he didn't want me to buy one? When this printer goes, I will purchase another someplace other than Staples.
