She is always bright, personable, professional, and genuinely happy to help every single time I come in. In a world where good customer service is hard to find, Lorna consistently goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcomed and valued. Her positive attitude and willingness to help are honestly the reason I drive a little farther just to come to this location instead of one closer to me. Employees like her make all the difference!

- DMDejanelle MackeyMay 2, 20261.0window clerk with the clear glasses rude and doesn’t care to hear the issues wanting you to take accountability for the error they made…you know no one cares at that place because I don’t even the name of any supervisor I spoke with…carrier gave the same parcel keys to two tenants by the time I arrived to the locker my package was in is missing…went to post office just for next steps or answers in finding the package and knew I was gonna need a supervisor because it seems a theft issue and the clerk didn’t like that which didn’t get as irate as he was the supervisor didn’t care to help all i got was a calm down and whats my number for a call I know ill never receive when I’m just trying to find my package learn accountability I’m always receiving mail that doesn’t belong to me which means no one is paying attention then was told no way we could’ve had the same key but as pictured same key

Packages literally sit here for days and when they finally move, they go all over the country just to be sent back here to finally go to my local post office. DOGE please fix this for us!
- MMMichelleApr 14, 20264.0I don't think it's anyone's favorite thing to do when they need to go to the Post Office, but all things considered, this one is pretty good! Yes, there are some clerks that look and act like they would rather be anywhere else but there. But there are a couple, specificly Jorge and Lorna that knock it out of the park everytime. Jorge is friendly and knows how to take care of a line fast and Lorna is always a sweetheart.
