- CWChristina Wallace3 days ago1.0Dont count on anyone to pick up the phone. I was in que to receive a call back 10 min after calling and had to call back just to put on hold for 20 min because I got hung up on the first time. They have had my package for 4 days and will not allow me to get it.
- CHCharlene Henry4 days ago1.0I was at the post office and next in line. i walked up to the counter where the last customer was (they usually get uptight if you don't and hold people up) and the employee looked at me and said "I'm not ready yet" so I stood back a little. He rolled his eyes and said "step to the front of the line" in a loudish-stern voice as though I was being scolded. It was extremely busy. I got hot and felt the embarrassment. So, I started to cry!! It's s embarrassing! And yes- I'm very empathetic but that was rude and in front of a LONG line. They're often not too friendly in there but I've never seen this employee. (Younger side, short hair but ball of curls, and a mustache.) I didn't get his name. :/ My bad for being so emotional...I'm losing my trust and respect for people anymore.
