  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at the FedEx Print Center! Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly patient, took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. She was very polite, professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Her customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the time and attention she gave me. FedEx is very fortunate to have someone like Stephanie on their team. Thank you, Stephanie, for such a great experience! Highly recommended!

  went in today with a pre-labeled box to return a phone, I have done this on numerous occasions. The box gets delivered to me. I opened the box I put the phone inside. I see it shut. I bring it back to FedEx. They scan it and it goes on its way.. Today they seem to be completely lost and confused with zero clue of what to do with the box.. When the gentleman helping me when an asked Stacy for help She came over to the Counter with an attitude, Telling me something about a sticker on the box and I said I didn’t say that I put the sticker there. He asked me that I said I do this all the time every time I return a phone I bring it back here and they just scan it very condescending she says to me, can you not tell that this is your address on the box which obviously slow because it had to arrive to me first but when anytime I bring it they scan it a new one print and they put it on top… Prior to this, Stacy was being extremely rude, helping another customer so this was no surprise to me. Just like a lot of the other reviews, say no one in there knows what’s going on everyone’s confused and when they ask each other for help, they get even more confused. I don’t know if Stacy is a manager or what her position is but she is nasty. She is condescending and she is beyond rude and I think her position there needs to be evaluated whether it’s an employee or a manager.
