- AAAbraham Apell1 day ago2.0Phone line does not work. Bot is terrible, does not understand anything you say, and will NEVER put you through to a human. I had to call back and go to the fraud dept and they put me to another office, who put me to another person, who sent me to a THIRD person who didn't understand, but finally I did get to a human, even though they could not help anyway.

I understand that today is labor day and the post office is closed but they should still send someone out to deliver the package if it says out for delivery today and not tomorrow. Because this screws up the delivery with Amazon, thinking the package is still out for delivery and the customer is waiting on it.
