- NRNoelle Rutecki2 days ago5.0We were disappointed that a custom photo album that we had created to honor my Mother-in-laws 90th birthday was never received, although both the vendor and the USPO website showed delivery completed weeks earlier to a mail lock box in the Villages. After the initial frustration of trying to connect with a live rep, we went from frustrated, to delighted and impressed. Our rep carefully documented the problem and relayed the service request to the Lake Forest Post Office while I was on the line. Within an hour, senior supervisor Holmes Ortiz called back to confirm he had contacted the carrier and would personally drive over to check if necessary. The next day he called to confirm success, but also to please call him back if my MIL didn't receive it that day. Awesome service!
