- JBJody BozemanMar 30, 20261.0On 03/12, 03/16, & 03/17 2026 I scheduled a usps pick up . No pick up on any of the dates. On 03/16 I filed a complaint and was promised by multiple usps employees sitting at their desk sending email my packages would be picked up on 03/17 and of course no pick up on 03/17. I had to go to this location on 03/18 to drop off my packages. If the independent contractor for usps can’t do their job then they need to find a new job. It’s ridiculous I had to drive over there also since 3 usps locations are closer to me but this is the post office I have to send out going packages through since it’s the location for my address without being charged additional fees on my sales packages . Bottom line here is don’t email and promise me a pickup when no one doesn’t show up and I have to do the drop off myself : this usps location obviously has issues just read all the other reviews .

- CMChristie McMahanMar 17, 20261.0My boyfriend has tried for 3 days to get his ebay packages picked up in the villages . He has talked to Holmes Ortis that said they would pick up and no pick up. No carrier, no email. This goes against my bf reviews and this post office could care less. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful. We will be filling many complaints and will not stop until this is corrected. If you can't do your job, find another one.
