She made the process unintimidating and seamless from online to store. Melanie guided on how to order online, communicated throughout the process, and completed our same-day print ahead of schedule. The finished product was beautifully done.

Obviously we wouldn’t be going to you if we knew what we were doing. We went to you, you work there, you know how to work the system, and NOTHING…. Waste of gasoline.. don’t come here.

You walk in for an Amazon return and they’ll just glare at you like they want to murder you and then walk up to you in complete silence and aggressively do your return. They act like it’s the hardest job in the world. The first two or three times that happened we just said maybe they’re having a bad day.. but after every single employee in the store had the same interaction with us on multiple occasions (we do a lot of Amazon returns) we’re now realizing that all the employees there are just awful. The manager also seems horrible. I’ve watched multiple people go to him and complain about the long line for Amazon returns and he’s incredibly rude. He also refused to help even tell an elderly woman figure out how to get the return label in the most rude way.
