  This place is horrible just like all the other reviews mentioned. They literally made us get out of line multiple times because they wouldn’t put a shipping label on the box. They wanted us to write it out despite having all the information in the system… and then they wanted to ask personal questions as if that’s even their business. Just send the package, bro. Place is top-tier horrible and in desperate need of some customer service training.

  As a new resident of Kissimmee, I recently visited this USPS location after misplacing my mailbox key. While I understand USPS is an essential service and online reviews may not change that, I was honestly disappointed by what I witnessed. I’ve never been to a post office where customers were spoken to with such little respect. From what I observed in both English and Spanish, staff members responded to elderly customers with sarcasm, raised their voices, and openly displayed attitudes toward customers in front of others. It created an uncomfortable environment for everyone waiting in line. I personally work in operations, so I understand what customer service standards should look like especially in a community as diverse as Kissimmee, where patience, professionalism, and effective communication are essential. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of age or language. Based on what I observed, this location would greatly benefit from comprehensive customer service training and stronger leadership focused on accountability and professionalism. The experience I witnessed was not representative of the level of service the public should expect from a government agency. I sincerely hope leadership takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the culture at this location. The staff should be ashamed of themselves.

  Basically mail person took my mail doesn't leave a note zero notifications as to where my mail Is. Go to the post office and the workers are literally dead inside. Refused to help find my STOLEN mail. Terrible customer service! I will be filing a police report for my STOLEN mail.

  I went to this USPS and found it to be very inefficient. I was first in line but I waited 20-30 minutes because one guy took so long with one customer and there were no other staff members. The line went from just me to 10+ people behind me in that span of time. Eventually another came around and it became quicker while the other took a long time again helping a lady who had the audacity to skip the line (she was not told to get in line as she should). Also sometimes the drop off chute for packages gets jammed. I would advise going to other branches as I’ve been to much better USPS branches in terms of customer service and efficiency.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about the USPS location in zip code 34741! 🏢📫 The customer service here is absolutely exceptional and truly goes above and beyond what you would normally expect. 🌟 I recently ran into a stressful issue regarding my new mailbox keys 🔑 and the delivery of my letters ✉️. I went in hoping for some help, and the team there stepped up immediately to resolve it from start to finish. 🛠️✅ Not only were they incredibly attentive, patient, and kind while listening to my problem in person 🤝, but they actually took the time to call me directly 📞 to keep me fully informed and updated on the progress of my situation. That level of proactive communication is so rare these days, and it gave me such peace of mind! 😌🙏 Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and a genuine desire to help. 💯 I am super grateful to the amazing staff here for sorting everything out so efficiently and making my life so much easier. If you need any assistance with your mail in this area, you can rest assured that you are in great hands! Thank you so much to the whole team for the fantastic service! 🏆👏🥳
