Carl, the other agent working the shift, was enthusiastic and very proactive. The AC system seems to be shut down. I hope the entity in charge can fix that ASAP as it’s unreasonable for employees to be working in those conditions in Florida.
- MMMApr 27, 20263.0The United States Postal Service office in downtown Celebration is housed in a beautifully designed postmodern building by Michael Graves, making it one of the more architecturally interesting post offices you’ll find. The staff is hardworking, friendly, and helpful. The only drawback is that lines can be long. Since Celebration is close to Walt Disney World, this location serves not only local residents but also many tourists and visitors shipping items home, which can add to the wait time. Still, it’s a unique and convenient post office in the heart of town, just bring a little patience.

Pointing finger from one location to another but both did incorrect info and actions and a total disregard of the customer inconvience. And at the end dismissing me putting the blame on the customer. Which can’t be since I did a lot of question to be expected to be correctly inform and have the process to be done correctly. Never again rather use a carrier
