I try avoiding this place unless I absolutely have to, and would rather pay a little more to send via UPS or FedEx every time. Maybe the staff is just beaten down from the Celebration grumps and tourists, but they are never pleasant or mildly courteous. You can say, "Good morning", and can always expect silence with a look of raised eyebrows that plainly says, "what the hell do you want". It's the third time I have to run by to pick up a package after a missed attempt on the date of the note that was left only to be told, "it isn't here". Fine, it's the fault of the mailing center staff that attempted delivery from the facility five miles down the road. Guess I should know better, at this point, but at least have the basic customer service etiquette to tell me, "sorry, it's a mixup", rather than look at me like it's my fault for showing up on the day posted.
