  The best experience at a UPS I got is at this store. UPS store # 3017 located at 7862 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34747. Mr. Nick is an amazing person. With all the stress that you may have when you enter this store, Nick takes his time to make sure all your shipping needs are met and during the process he interacts with you in a calm, relaxed, funny way that when you leave the store... all your stress has vanished. 5 star individual all the way. Thank you Nick for making my day a better one.

  Usually a little busy but the staff has always been very efficient, extremely helpful, and incredibly friendly. So much quicker and nicer than going to the Post Office.

  I’ve been using the The UPS Store location for many years now, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this team. I come here for everything! Shipping, sending mail, Amazon returns, buying stamps, faxing, and most recently notary services and even returning my spectrum modem. And every single time I walk out feeling seen, heard, and genuinely happy to do business there. What really sets this location apart is the consistency of their service. They are fast, efficient, patient, and kind. No matter how busy it gets, especially during the holidays when the store is packed with returns and outgoing packages, they handle it incredibly well. Everything stays orderly and respectful, and they always take a moment to acknowledge the line and let customers know they’ll be helped as soon as possible. That small gesture goes a long way. You don’t leave feeling irritated or overwhelmed, you feel taken care of. I don’t want to single out just one employee because the entire team works hard and works well together, and it truly shows. There are two women and one gentleman I usually interact with for many years now, and they make such a strong, dependable team. They take their jobs seriously, but also bring patience, humor, and a sense of care to every interaction. I’ve even been there while they’re training new hires, and the way they handle that speaks volumes. They’re patient, supportive, and respectful, treating people the way you would hope to be treated. Honestly, in all the years I’ve been coming here, there haven’t been many new hires, and to me that says a lot about how well this team works together and supports the business. UPS should be proud of this location. Another thing I’ve noticed is how they interact with UPS drivers and other delivery personnel. There’s a clear sense of respect and rapport, and it’s just nice to see people doing their jobs well while also creating a positive environment, even during the busiest times of year, and in such a high-tourist area. The reason I keep coming back is simple: convenience, trust, consistency, and the overall energy of the place. I live about 10 minutes away, and I’ve had situations where mailing something from my own complex takes over two weeks, but when I send something from this store, it gets where it needs to go much faster. The store is always clean, organized, efficient, and welcoming. The pricing is reasonable, and the experience is consistently positive. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone, even if you have to go a little out of your way. It’s worth it.
