  One of the most frustrating experiences of my life with UPS. I signed up for Verizon's phone repair plan and had my screen replaced. Shortly afterward, my phone completely lost its connection to Verizon's cellular network. Once it was determined that the repair was the likely cause, Verizon offered to replace the phone and promised to ship it so I would have it by noon on Sunday, the day I was scheduled to move out of state. After calling back several times, I finally learned on Sunday night that their shipping department is closed on weekends. I also couldn't pick the phone up at a store on Monday morning. My only option was to wait for a UPS delivery. After more back and forth, they shipped the phone at noon on Monday, but it wouldn't arrive until Wednesday. When Wednesday came, the driver never rang the doorbell or knocked. They just left a sticker on the door telling me to call an AI-assisted hotline and hope to reach a real person. When I did, I was told there was nothing they could do and to try catching the driver the next morning. This delay caused me to miss my wife's birthday and to miss getting home in time to see my family. If I had been told from the start that this could take most of a week, I would have had the phone delivered to my new address. Instead, I was repeatedly told it would arrive by noon the next day. I was strung along, stuck across the country from my family, waiting on a delivery they likely knew wouldn't arrive until Wednesday or Thursday at the earliest.

  Thank you for helping me yesterday. It was my first time ever shipping. Something from UPS. The representative he made is so easy and he helped me Wrapped in plastic so it was inside wouldn’t get wet. My package already been delivered this morning to the receiver . Thank you for your customer service. I wish I would’ve caught your name, but maybe they might get an idea who you are. . 😊

  I consistently see very cold and hostile behavior by all of the staff here. Today, I came here for a happy returns return and the barcode would not load. The young woman working there did not even try to help. The email itself says a numerical code can be used which I had ready to supply but she was not even willing to try. Every time I come here the employees look miserable, are snapping at customers and are beyond rude. I normally try to use the self kiosk or go anyway else if I’m able just to avoid interaction with them. As well, if you don’t speak English or speak it with an accent, you can expect extremely rude behavior. English is my first language but I have noticed that whenever there is someone with a foreign accent or who looks foreign the staff treat these poor customers with hostility. It is very uncomfortable to even witness. The employees badly need training in customer service. Drive the extra five minutes and go to the hunters creek UPS

  Very rude young lady! No need to make assumptions on her part, just treat your customers right! Same experience that Manuel Perez posted about a month ago, possibly the same young lady.

  This has to be the worst UPS store and the owners really don’t seem to care about their many poor reviews. For two weeks their “system is down” when it comes to processing Amazon returns. This is not the first time a return has been an issue at this store for myself or my family over the years.
