  I have been here many many times and have always had very good service. Always fast and friendly! Very informative. I even had them tell me for international try going to USPS because it will be much cheaper. They are amazing at this location. They do not deserve 2 stars. Definitely 5 star 🌟

  ⭐️☆☆☆☆ Terrible Customer Service – Do Not Recommend! I had a terrible experience at this UPS location and definitely won't be coming back 🛑. The staff member who helped me—a Brazilian woman—was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had a terrible attitude from the moment I walked in 😤. On top of the awful service, I was trying to ship a package and she forced me to purchase a whole roll of tape just to seal one single box 📦💰. It felt like a cheap way to squeeze extra money out of customers instead of actually trying to help. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! 👎❌

  I stop by this location a few times a month to drop off Amazon returns, and occasionally I need assistance with shipping other items. Unfortunately, the customer service is consistently always so incredibly disappointing. The staff are straight up rude, unhelpful and frequently just plain disrespectful. I’ve also heard similar feedback from several neighbors, so this doesn’t seem to be an isolated experience. It’s a very convenient location, which makes it especially frustrating. I wish the customer service matched the convenience.

  I’ve been using this UPS store for all sorts of my shipping and Amazon returns needs. They have been stellar in providing excellent customer service. People complaining here either has nothing better to do or they aren’t following the rules. I’ve had the older gentleman helping me all the time, and the young lady always help me with my packages, and the lady with glasses always smiles and ready to help me at any time. Do not believe any bad reviews. I’ve been going here for a few years and they have always provided excellent service with upmost care. People like to bend the rules and try to go around policies to get what they want and if they don’t get their way, somehow it’s the owners fault and leave bad reviews. Don’t fall for them. I love this place. You’re doing great!
