- MMMichaelOct 6, 20261.0Horrible service
- 777PhoenixStormOct 5, 20261.0Poor customer service!!! I know it’s not a restaurant, hotel, or a hospitality business, but you can up your level of customer service and take pride in assisting your clients. Poinciana already sucks with traffic, but when you get there with two minutes to spare they closed the door and locked before the posted closing time. I tapped on the window and waited and not even a kind gesture to help just one person as there wasn’t a line waiting and my packages were heavy and they saw that and didn’t bother to try and assist. Never going back to that awful store. No wonder their ratings are low, your manager definitely should do some retraining!!!
