  Came to Orlando for vacation and needed to ship some treasures home. We paid extra for expert packing in a large box that was supposed to be filled with material so it would not break in transit. They threw it in a smaller box than what we had originally and did not fill up box with packing material even after charging us money to do so. Luckily we had already bubble wrapped our treasures and they survived. Taking people's money and not doing the service is a scam. Highly recommend you ship from another store.

  Evelyn was so helpful for me to get my Prime return back. They were sending me someplace else and she taught me how to get it to my local UPS which I use all the time. I really want you to know that I appreciate her
