  The person who helped me was very nice. I returned two packages and they helped me with everything. The store is very clean. Everyone was extremely helpful. Super easy experience. I think some people just need to have more patience in the world. This is a great UPS store I would recommend to anyone.

  Very disappointed with my experience at this UPS Store. I was charged $4.99 for what I was told was a bubble wrap bag, but what was actually used was simply a plastic sleeve to hold the shipping label. I feel I was overcharged and misled about what I was paying for. I expect businesses to be honest and transparent with their customers. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like I was taken advantage of. I will never go back to this location and would recommend that others be careful and ask questions about charges before paying. Very disappointing experience.

  The owner is rude. Not only would he not allow a disabled customer to use the bathroom. I didn’t use my wheelchair as I can walk a few steps due to my palliative treatments. He refused after to refund a P.O. Box I paid 6 months in advance for.

  Excellent service! The employee who helped me was very friendly, patient, and professional. They answered all my questions and made sure everything was taken care of. Great experience overall!
