  Terrible experience. This UPS Store received my package, returned it earlier than expected, took no responsibility, and ultimately left me with a lost item worth over $300. I was given the runaround with no clear updates, no helpful guidance, and no ownership from the store. The most frustrating part was the lack of accountability. The owner would not apologize or take responsibility, even though the store’s handling of the package directly contributed to the issue. Mistakes happen, but refusing to help or even acknowledge the problem is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone against using this location for package pickup or delivery. If something goes wrong, do not expect this store to help you resolve it.

  It is so incredibly helpful to have a UPS store within walking distance of where I live. The front office where I live is always closed and the USPS frequently cannot gain access so I decided to get mailbox services through this location and they are incredible. Gives me such peace of mind. I would rate more than 5 stars if possible.

  Went to pick up a credit card Older man was at the counter extremely rude Gave him my slip, basically threw it back at me saying “we don’t need that” said I had a package to pickup He asked my address He said it wasn’t there I said it was a credit card He rudely said that’s an envelope not a package He found it (I only saw about 4 items there so not difficult or time consuming to find) He asked for ID which I gave him He said that’s no good it doesn’t have the delivery address I said I’m from Canada and have a home here and have picked up a credit card at a different ups store with that Id He said this is not Canada So rude and abrupt Asked me what the senders address was Obviously know one knows the address of a huge institution sending them a replacement credit card Finally the other younger gentleman comes over as I’m pulling up my insurance on my phone that has my name and Florida address He explains that a sticker had been place over my name He apparently had the skill set to pull the sticker back to reveal my name Obviously the older gentleman lacked that skill along with any manners or common sense of how customer service works I feel like customer service is not his niche Will use st cloud ups rather than go here again if I have a choice

  Do not go here keep going to the one on st cloud. They tried to make me pay to package an Amazon return. I was returning my package in the range box it was shipped in. Another customer asked out just before me upset as well. The guys working there were complaining about another customer who refused to repackage another item they shipped. The guys were making fun of the lady infront of me then threw her package in the bin like it was trash.
