All of my clients have been very impressed with the team's customer service and willingness to accommodate. If there are delays due to errors, they are always on top of the issue in order to avoid delay closing. Wires go out within a reasonable amount of time. Agents are bilingual when you need them. If I need a document, they are easy going to accommodate.
