- LCLucas CostaAug 31, 20261.0DO NOT RECOMMEND Worst store I have been to ever. You first can’t find it. Stays in a hotel, very hidden, had to ask many staff members to find it to then once I found it there are extra charges because they are inside the resort. DO NOT RECOMMEND
- AOAriana O'LearyJan 9, 20265.0If I could give this FedEx Print Office 10 stars, I would do it without hesitation. Marian and Terrance were nothing short of incredible while supporting an off-site event that required several branding elements for my organization. Their responsiveness, flexibility, and speed were outstanding, but what truly set them apart was their exceptional customer service. They proactively recommended vendors, provided consistent communication and updates to me, and made the entire experience feel genuinely human and collaborative. This team went above and beyond at every step, and I cannot recommend this location highly enough for any branding or printing needs.
- RERoderick EdwardsJan 27, 20241.0Fedex! If you're going to tack on a dollar a pound handling fee for shipping a prepaid FedEx package through FedEx, then you really should put that somewhere in the advertising. You guys just wasted 20 minutes of my time.
- JCJeff CurtisJul 25, 20191.0Never, ever, ever ship anything to the Gaylord Palms Resort as FedEx received the package and will charge you an arm and leg to deliver it to your room. Talk about gouging your guests, shame on you Gaylord Palms Resort for allowing this to happen. There goes my using FedEx for anything in the future!
- SSSCARHEADSAug 22, 20181.0Honestly! Having traveled and used FedEx all over the United States. How they maintained a bright and seeming helpful manner on the surface. While they spit in my face and told me to get lost in a very well to do manner, why bother really. Picture Mickey kicking you in the !@#$% fallowed with a warm your welcome and that ever so loved little chuckle at the end. I will make every effort never to do business with FedEx again. I will never return to that location.
