  I can imagine it can be very hard to do this job at times, but the employee named Megan should just not be working there. You try to scan your packages from 5.15 and after and if supervisor is not there she is going to refuse it per default! The amount of time she gave me excuses she cant scan my packages since she started working there, I even lost the track of it! I have been using this store for the last 9 years and she has been working here only a few months and in those 9 years together with all the system and internet issues that may occur sometimes, I was not unable to scan my packages like I am since she has started working there! I didnt have issues with the place before her. Last time I was there, there were no customers at the store just me and one more person and she said how she cant scan the package because she has other things to do. Then when supervisor was in vacation she was making me go back and forth 4 times until she actually scanned my packages! 4 times!!! Once I caught her trying to close early at 5.45 (she was alone at the store no supervisor again), just like her I also have to work and cant come in the middle of the day and at 5.45 she was already trying to turn the lights off and leave but other people came as well (people who can only come after work). She even told me how after 5 she cant scan more than 2 packages (she can but she doesnt want to), I am getting tired of her unwillingness to work, as a matter of fact last time I had only 1 package to scan and apparently at 5.30 she can scan no packages. Also one of my packages I dropped off over there and gave it to her (it was a package with a label, no qr code) she never actually scanned it so it shows like I have never dropped it off. Its my mistake for not taking a receipt (I have learned that leason) luckily it was just a few dollar item so I didnt care at that time, but nonless it's a package theft that she is capable of so take your receipts and pay attention that everything is scanned. Dont just drop it off! If she even lets you to drop it off! Just find someone who wants to work! This constant and repeated behavior of neglect and unwillingness to work is becoming a problem with package saftey, shipments and package drop offs when supervisor is not at the store.

  This UPS store is not helpful to customers and is quick to tell you that they are unable to help without giving any information as to who can help with delivery issues. Avoid if at all possible!

  The staff wasn’t friendly at all no “how may I help you or thank you anything” might as well put two robots behind the counter! Those kids need reality check . Very disappointing
