- FDfiona derooJul 14, 20262.0I came to change my address and forward my mail, however received conflicting information and forms from two different postal employees. I'm 10days into trying to get my mail forwarded as the online process is not working per the postal employees. I'll keep trying. 15days now and still trying to get it activated. All forms have been submitted but likely still not processed.

Waiting on a pkg today says delivered front porch went outside as soon as I received alert to not finding any pkg. Calling this post offc is like calling a ghost. Website and 1800 number to busy to answer calls. My house has a number and mailbox too so I guess they need more training. So I will take next step on this I need my pkg don’t know where or who they gave to. Checked with neighbors already. Adding to this another package said delivered to mailbox and no package again

- AAAnonJun 13, 20261.0For some reason my amazon packages say delivered ..... but to my surprise no packages were left at my door. Delivery instructions were very clear! Terrible 🤣 this is not the first time! I guess I have to go up to the mainland and shop for now on. 🤷♂️ Edit. 7/8 once again this courier is having issues delivering packages. This makes the 3rd time in a row going through USPS for delivering Amazon. I think there needs to be a internal investigation as to why they can not deliver packages properly. This time it was supposedly put in my mailbox. It was not. Not to mention the delivery instructions state TO DELUVER TO MY DOOR ONLY! Absolutely terrible!
