I'm 10days into trying to get my mail forwarded as the online process is not working per the postal employees. I'll keep trying. 15days now and still trying to get it activated. All forms have been submitted but likely still not processed.

Waiting on a pkg today says delivered front porch went outside as soon as I received alert to not finding any pkg. Calling this post offc is like calling a ghost. Website and 1800 number to busy to answer calls. My house has a number and mailbox too so I guess they need more training. So I will take next step on this I need my pkg don’t know where or who they gave to. Checked with neighbors already. Adding to this another package said delivered to mailbox and no package again
