We have driven to this UPS Store several times only to find paper notices on the door saying they are “closed” due to a lunch break or “closed” a bit early ahead of the holiday weekend. While I understand this can happen once, it’s happened several times within the last 6 months. This store should start following its published hours. Management should plan shifts around the lunch schedules like many other businesses or update the Google listing with accurately published hours.

Not sure what the circumstances are. But the hours on this store are very nonconductive. For a lot of people in the area.

Blonde woman, who is the high strung owner, and one of the younger male staff with long hair HATE young children. They can’t wait to look in disgust at a child and yell at them for simply existing in the store. I have avoided this store like the plague for over two years but sometimes the only Amazon return location was this store. I am saying this as a business owner that used to have a PO Boxes here for years and printing business materials (I was not just an Amazon returns drop off client). If you have young children, please don’t inconvenience the staff with having to bring your child with you on an important errand. They expect them to be a medicated zombie or possibly distract them with a device to make the child non-noticeable to them.
