- MMMrJoch731Apr 17, 20261.0It seems to be happening too often as the mail is marked as delivered on tracking tool, but it is not physically at my address. Sometimes it never comes, sometimes comes several days later and sometimes one of my neighbors brings it to me as it was delivered to the wrong address. Interestingly this never happened to me with UPS or Fedex services... When I try to call, Im told that if its marked delivered, it was delivered... someone advises me to ask for the GPS stamp when it was marked as delivered - thats how I was able to find one of my packages on the other side of the neighborhood. Not sure whats wrong, but the service really sucks. Im asking all my business partners NOT to send me packages via usps.

Attached the label to the envelope and dropped in the box all on the same visit(4/4/26), it is now 4/10(expected delivery date) and it still has not been scanned in. No tracking info except the electronic receipt. You spend close to $10 and mail something sensitive only for this location to not do their job properly. And then when you call in they tell you you can request a refund 30-60 days after purchase. I needed this delivered not a refund. Better off shipping with UPS.
