- HBHayley Brewer6 days ago1.0The staff are incredibly rude. I understand that the job is in no way glamorous and that some customers can be frustrating, but regardless that is no excuse to be unkind to those who are coming in! I normally make my labels online but had to ship and international package and wanted to be sure I got it right. Upon reaching the desk to create and pay for my labels the staff member assisting me was speaking in a rude and aggressive tone, initially I didn’t think anything of it as I’m sure she was stressed out and ready to get home but the aggression just increased throughout getting my labels. It was clear that she wasn’t understanding when I was explaining the contents of my package, which is fine, but she just continued to get more and more aggressive as a result. Regardless I remained kind just trying to get this done and leave. Just awful.
- MCMerry CarterAug 21, 20261.0I am writing this review in from of the Jupiter post office now. Very disappointed. Just drop some merchandise, bought prepaid labels online. I went to the customer service to get my receipts because one of merchandise lost before when I drop it in the box at the front. The customer service so rude. She said I can not take s picture of my own package in front of her counter, she asked me to go far a way with rude voice, and I willing to go and pick up my stuff and she still yelled at me again, the people around us just looking at her. I said to her, well I said to her I am doing what she want me to do, move away. When I back she still talked rude. At the end I told her that she is very rude to customer and she said no. It’s really not the way to serve the customers, and it was not busy at all, almost empty. I didn’t do anything wrong or say something bad, I just came and get the rudeness right away when I arrived I front of her counter 🤷♀️

- DSDavid SJul 17, 20261.0Why is USPS still operating? Our packages don't get delivered and several times our local lazy carrier marks them delivered and we have to call the shipper to resend. Happened again today. Jupiter FL location is a run down mess with sloppy angry staff so don't Bother calling as nothing will happen. Additionally the routing is ridiculous. We track packages and watch them go from out of state distribution centers to Orlando then back out of state. Like a merry- go-round. Unfortunately we try to shop companies that use reliable UPS and FedEx .
