  Terrible and reckless. After the acquisition primo service and billing got screwed up. I’m somehow in collections although they continue to deliver to my home and business and charge my card. Makes 0 sense and the call center is outsourced and overseas and has no idea what’s going on. They screwed up their billing and not only did they send me to collections but they will overcharge you if you don’t do the math every single delivery I have found multiple overcharges.

  This company bought Bishop Water and it has been a nightmare. They use chat bots and apps that do not work and the customer service is useless??? Billing is totally messed up and nobody to talk too.

  I don't know what I would do without our local delivery guy Dan! He truely makes my day with his smile on arrival and attention to detail to ensure multiple coolers throughout our facility are properly stocked! We truely appreciate him!

  They dropped my account (maybe I was not ordering enough?) and then would not pick up the empty containers unless I paid a substantial fee.
