  This company bought Bishop Water and it has been a nightmare. They use chat bots and apps that do not work and the customer service is useless??? Billing is totally messed up and nobody to talk too.

  I hate posting this because the local service in Jupiter is unfortunately caught up in the absolute dysfunction of primo brands. The local team is great to deal with when you go to their office. But they are at the whim of primo processes. You can't get a hold of anyone at ready refresh online or on the phone. If you are lucky enough to talk to a human, they aren't helpful. We're looking for another service at this point.

  Only game in town will be canceling and calling Culligan to get a whole home filtration. Ive had multiple cancelations on deliveries for no reason cancelations of cleaning appointments.

  Delivery service Nevers shows up when they are supposed to, Or just leaves bottles at the door and lets the empties accumulate for weeks.
