- SHShawn Hakakian6 days ago1.0This company is a fraud. They guaranty a quantity of leads and provide ZERO after over 3 months. Contractually they agreed to a refund if not satisfied and since signing with them there have been absolutely zero responses to any attempts at communication. All e-mails are ignored and phone calls unanswered. They will steal your money and run away forever. We will be filing a complaint with the FL Attorney General and are in the process of filing a civil lawsuit against BMG Legal, LLC (DBA Brian Marketing Group) for the absolute fraud and sham of a service. They have wasted my time and many other professionals and it is time for this business to close for good and cease harming other consumers.

We were sold services for CarAccidents.com with clear expectations, yet nothing that was promised was ever delivered. After paying a significant amount of money, we received no meaningful services in return and no follow through on what was discussed during the sales process. For months, my team reached out by phone and email, often receiving vague responses like “someone else from the team will get back to you later” but no actual updates or resolutions. The representative "Vince Alluzzo" who sold us the services, listed as the Sales Director, is no longer with the company, and communication since then has only declined. Most recently, even after being told to call back at a specific time because “the team was at lunch,” the same number suddenly stopped being answered entirely. At this point, we cannot find any active number that anyone will pick up. We are still attempting to reach someone who will take responsibility and address the issue, but the lack of communication and failure to deliver what we paid for has made this feel like a complete sham. We trusted this company and were left with nothing to show for it.
