- BLBryan LamarMay 12, 20261.0it is so difficult to have a good experience at this post office. It’s like every employee here is just waiting for an opportunity to make things difficult for you whether they want to give you an attitude or just tell you that they’re not very concerned with being pleasant while helping you. I do everything I can to avoid talking to a counter person here because it seems like the culture they have going on at this post office is very negative. Disappointing that people don’t want to do a better job and try to be generally pleasant.

The employee working was extremely rude—not just to me, but to multiple customers in line. There was a clear lack of basic customer service and professionalism. People were being spoken to in a dismissive and impatient tone, and simple questions were met with attitude instead of help. It made an already routine errand unnecessarily stressful. No one expects over-the-top friendliness, but basic respect should be a given—especially in a customer-facing role. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how customers are being treated, because this kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire location.

- MGMaria GarciaMar 20, 20261.0I got on on time for my appointment after we were waiting for someone to come one lady told us that we had to reschedule the appointment because we didn't filled before and she had the more appointments I told her we got on time and no one told us we had to do that we could do it while we were waiting and said you have to comeback or go to the court hose.very disappointed for the poor service hopefully they one day they understand that our time has the same value as theirs first time I went there and last time never comeback.
