- TTTeresaAug 26, 20265.0I had an appointment at the Passport office this morning. I printed something incorrectly. Ms Glorious (sp) tried to help me out by completing it during my appointment time. I ran out of time and it was my fault to begin with. I was like dang it, now it'll take another week to get an appointment. Ms Glorious says hang on, let me see if I have a cancelation and to my amazement she did. I said I'll take it and see you again this afternoon. Got back for my second appointment with everything completed and she took my package right away. She didn't have to do that for me, she could have just said yeah go online and make an appointment but she didn't. She totally understand MY problem. I could tell she's been at this job for a while by her professionalism, her kindness, and patience. Like I've been there done that and I'm going to help you attitude. People like her is what I strive to be like everyday and I would love to see the whole world be like Ms Glorious. Thank you!!

They put an opened package envelope with nothing inside of it, inside of my locked mailbox, so someone deliberately opened my package at usps and stole what was inside. But don’t worry they will give me a claim number that I won’t be able to login and use. USPS sucks
