Mail is consistently miss delivered (assuming it delivers at all), Package pick up requests (including paid) do not materialize (Good Luck getting a refund though). Certified mail is attempted, yet not delivered, claiming "no access" or "business closed" (neither is true) and then immediately lost. Getting the carrier to do the basic minimum of their job carries the risk of an argument or passive aggressive behavior (or just a straight up lie!). Complaints on the local level are ignored, complaints to our national account reps do not result in meaningful change. I understand and forgive the occasional error, but this is multiple errors every month for nearly a year straight.
