- JPJatonya PhillipsMay 12, 20263.0Pros..open 24 hrs with large package drop. Cons..long lines and not keeping up self service machine maintenece throughout the day in order to keep the lines controlled. There was no paper in the machine which would have alleviated the line traffic.

- JMJamie MarekMar 29, 20261.0Paid the extra for overnight package from Jax to Orlando, and it’s been over a week and tracking still shows in Jacksonville!! I went in to ask what happened and they told me someone made a mistake and re-routed it back to USPS from the processing center and now it’s back again at the processing center, I asked them then to just have my package back because I really needed it to be in Orlando the prior week because it was very important and I would just take it there myself, and they told me I couldn’t even have it back because it’s still in freaking processing!! It was the weekend so it wasn’t even going to run on a Sunday and they still wouldn’t give it to me! I asked who is responsible and who will be recompensing me because I paid extra for OVERNIGHT, and of course no one there could take responsibility, pay me back, or give me my package back!! Thank God the package wasn’t a matter of live or death or crucial court evidence, it was however, VERY important and cost me over $500 more so far in what I’m having to pay a client to rent a car to keep them happy because their car part isn’t where it should be and I have to protect my reputation!!! The employees at this USPS in particular are uncaring, not sympathetic in the least bit, and talk and act like un-educated trash. Disgusting disappointment, does not even deserve one star.
