- MSMichelle SmithJul 15, 20261.0This is possibly the worst post office location in the United States. I paid for a priority mail overnight label that ledt out of South Dakota on 7/2. To be delivered in Jacksonville the next day. Today is 7/15 and still no package. It had been lost with no tracking update since 7/6 where it was last scanned in fairburn, Ga. Then yesterday 7/14 it was scanned at the Jax local distribution center at 6:15pm. It is now 8:25pm on 7/15 with again NO updated tracking. I've been to my local post office, no help whatsoever, I've emailed, put in service requests, missing package requests and called the 800 customer service line a dozen times. Everyone stating its being worked on and to just wait a few more days. This is absolutely ABSURD that once it arrived on Jax yesterday that its still just sitting at the distribution center less that 6 miles away. The distribution centers aren't open to the general public so my only option is to continue to wait and given the runaround or ask the company that sent me the package to stop payment and cut me a new check which would mean im still 4-5 days out once they cut a new check. I bet if it was their package they would have gotten it already. NEVER AGAIN WILL I JSE THE
