Our mail carriers from this location always deliver mail / packages to the wrong address -- usually our mail gets mixed up with neighbors 2 streets away who share the same house number as us but different street name. So tired of having to give them their mail -- unfortunately, they rarely return ours. When we don't receive mail we were expecting such as paystubs or bills within a couple of weeks, we kind of know who got them. (The neighbors on our own street ALWAYS exchange mail with each other when our addresses are mixed up. We all know each other. It's the neighbor 2 streets down we have issues with.) Yesterday, I had a package that was supposed to have been delivered to our mailbox locker. Nope! The number of claims I've made throughout the years (not just with USPS but also with the places we buy from due to USPS' incompetency with being able to deliver to the right address) has become ridiculous. Get it together USPS! (We received that same neighbors' passports from 2 streets down last year. Kind of a big deal USPS got THAT delivery wrong.) Follow up: Our neighbor across the street had our package. Yay! I'm leaving this review as is because the mistakes happen way too much with this branch. Awful, awful service! Every single week we get someone else's mail. They wonder why they are losing business and have to amp up postal stamps and services? It's because they do a lousy job. No one likes using them. They're just cheaper than other carriers. I guess you get what you pay for. Benjamin Franklin would be disappointed!

I mean, the post office always has issues, no matter which branch you go to. But this one is WAY better than the Beach Blvd one. Less lines, staff who have a brain from what I have experienced so far, and better customer service. I don’t dread going to the post office anymore, so I thank this branch for that.

The absolute worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life. I waited for 2 packages to arrive. They traveled together all through the tracking phase right up to entering my local post office. Only instead of sending both packages out for delivery, one was sent to Georgia. Causing me to have to cancel an appt and pay $250 for said cancellation. Mind you I did not book my appt until I saw in tracking that both items were at my post office. I called to see where my package was and the rude woman on the phone told me “I don’t know what he’s talking about it’s still in Georgia” till I told her I am looking at tracking that says it’s in Jax. I was then told it’ll be tomorrow, maybe Thursday before she received it and then it would be out for delivery. So because of their mistake I had to pay $250 for a cancelled appt and it took 4 extra days to pay receive my item… when it was already in my local branch once… horrible customer service and extremely slow service and delivery. Not an ounce of kindness or empathy in the employees voice. Even after it’s clear they caused this whole issue. Terrible terrible terrible
