- NFNijiah FayneJun 1, 20261.0For some reason , the main lady behind the counter been giving me an attitude to the point I had to snap on her this morning . Too much in my business because I make my own boxes for Depop to ensure my products don’t fall out . She looking all upside the box with her face all scrunched up saying “ You got an QR code or something ?!”😒🤨 < her exact face . Clearly, someone who has eyes can SEE I have three boxes in my hand I’m trying to put down and want to have an attitude before I can pull out the QR codes so I said “ can I put my stuff down first then give it to you ?!” Like chill out ! Then have the nerve to say “ I’m just asking if you had one “ OBVIOUSLY NOT IN A NICE WAY ! So I snatched my receipt and left because this is the third time of her having an attitude with me out of nowhere . I’m quick and easy and leave without any problems whatsoever when I had her . Fix this please and hire more people I’m done letting it slide !

Less lines, staff who have a brain from what I have experienced so far, and better customer service. I don’t dread going to the post office anymore, so I thank this branch for that.
- ASAlexandra StrubleMar 17, 20261.0The absolute worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life. I waited for 2 packages to arrive. They traveled together all through the tracking phase right up to entering my local post office. Only instead of sending both packages out for delivery, one was sent to Georgia. Causing me to have to cancel an appt and pay $250 for said cancellation. Mind you I did not book my appt until I saw in tracking that both items were at my post office. I called to see where my package was and the rude woman on the phone told me “I don’t know what he’s talking about it’s still in Georgia” till I told her I am looking at tracking that says it’s in Jax. I was then told it’ll be tomorrow, maybe Thursday before she received it and then it would be out for delivery. So because of their mistake I had to pay $250 for a cancelled appt and it took 4 extra days to pay receive my item… when it was already in my local branch once… horrible customer service and extremely slow service and delivery. Not an ounce of kindness or empathy in the employees voice. Even after it’s clear they caused this whole issue. Terrible terrible terrible
