She had a terrible temper and a nasty attitude—very unpleasant; she acted like a parent scolding a child. And when it came time to pay, she looked absolutely furious. The survey didn't give me time to leave feedback about my experience😞which, of course, was awful. Later, my 5-year-old son—who has a condition people don't know about—was treated rudely by the staff outside. A bald woman and the woman next to her glared at him and snapped at him to leave the door alone; my son started to cry. Don't come to this office; the staff is horrible. There is no patience and no decent treatment.
