- MKMisha Kostsov5 days ago5.0I had miss typed my address and was worried about my package, I went to the post office every other day to see what was going on. Every time I walked in Marlene would help me and assured me the package would get delivered and after a few days I finally picked it up and I was so relieved, thank you!

The automatic email we receive when our packages have been delivered state the business hours. 0800 to 1300, and 1400 to 1600. The mailroom has been closed all day. No heads up. No sign. No warning. Just closed. How are we supposed to pick up our mail if the office doesn't even abide by its own hours? Do better.
- VLVirgilio LavaMar 19, 20261.0I mailed a 2 days priority mail on 3/16/26 & expected delivery date is 3/18/26 to Greenville SC. Today it has not arrived to destination yet. I tracked it & it says it just arrived at Jacksonville Distribution Center today at 7:57 am. This is unsatisfactory service, I paid $11.00 for nothing but poor service. I’m not using this facility never again.
