- EAEsther AltidorSep 1, 20261.0I wish I could put 0 star. The staff was unhelpful, dismissive and made 0 effort to resolve my issue. I went to this usps and request my package on 08/31/26, it said it is currently at this location cause my mail was supposed to Be on hold for the month of august. I changed my address about 3 weeks ago and already confirmed my identity. They said my package was going to delivered at my new address instead. now I checked they send it back to the sender. mind you, my mail was supposed to be on hold for the month of august, they should of keep it at the post office until I pick it up or send it to my new address. For a government service that customers rely on, this level of incompetence and lack of professionalism is unacceptable!!!!!!!! I expect this complaint to be taken seriously, investigated properly, and addressed with the employees involved. Customers deserve basic courtesy, accountability, and competent service and unfortunately, that was nowhere to be found during my experience.

The male USPS Representative kept repeating the same statement. I am seeing that same attitude "infecting" the other worked in this Post office. which makes me want to no longer support the USPS . - RRRiiAug 18, 20261.0They have so many bad reviews they dont G.A.S. i opened the PO box here 2 months ago haven't received any of my own mail but I'm getting everybody else's even after a note was put on the box with my name on it, I'm still getting other people's mail. I have yet to receive any mail forward. It's my PO box and talking to a supervisor is like pulling teeth. No one comes to the front to take care of the customers who need help with special things like P.O Box help , if I can give them negative stars , I would!!!!!
