- MPMeloniece Phillips1 day ago1.0I had recently purchased po box on the 05/01/2026, and I have still not received my mail.It has been passed the 7 to 10 business days, according to the PSE clerk.There was a mix up and my box was taped .That is not my fault you should have checked. That's lazy and unprofessional. I've been more than patient.What is the purpose of purchasing a mailbox?When you're gonna send my stuff back anyway.Because you were too lazy to check. Its a old black man thats very rude and unprofessional.The lady checked me out on they day that a purchased the mail box was ok.

The female manager is of no help either. Her attitude is garbage and everyonr can do without it. Had to call corporate many times in order to get my mail delivered correctly. I hate when we have to even be bothered with individuals like that.
