- JBjack beacher6 days ago1.0Only bots used. No human answers. Can't get any info on broken mailbox key. Disabled need delivery while waiting for fix. Up to 3 week wait Need help now for bills no human interaction just robots. Horrible service for disabled vet well it took 3 days for me to find out the post. Office changed my lock for no reason I was never notified they did this until I saw driver and asked why The people at the post office had no clue why they changed locks Now I have to drive 14 miles to get my mail They need better training and communication. I guess I'll have to buy the gas just to get my mail that the post office screwed up putting someone else's lock on my box. Told it will take weeks for them to make new ones.

There are Days mail doesn't even come down the street and when it does it goes half way then moves on and next day does the other half. Also would be the wrong number on address to be put in my box. Unacceptable. Need to hire people who can read and write and can follow simple directions. Please fix this.
